These are the annual Assessment (Dues) currently charged for each home in the Temple Wyndham Hill Association, Inc. (HOA). These dues are charged annually and are used to maintain the upkeep of HOA assets (swimming pool, parks, playground equipment, irrigation for common areas, lawn mowing and landscape maintenance of common areas, etc.). These are collected by the Title Company, prorated between the buyer and the seller at the date of sale, and paid to the HOA.
The HOA Annual Assessment (Dues) are due in full on January 1st of each year and are subject to change annually. Delinquent accounts are subject to penalties, interest, fees, and collection expenses.
