Temple Wyndham Hill Association, Inc. Closing Fees

Paid at each closing (not refinance). This is payable to Temple Wyndham Hill Association, Inc. collected by the Title Company or Closing Agent and remitted to the HOA. This fee is used for capital improvements and to maintain the property owned by the HOA. 

Paid at each closing (not refinance). This is payable to Spectrum Association Management. This fee is charged to cover their expense for handling of documentation for each home sale and ownership change. 

These are the annual Assessment (Dues) currently charged for each home in the Temple Wyndham Hill Association, Inc. (HOA). These dues are charged annually and are used to maintain the upkeep of HOA assets (swimming pool, parks, playground equipment, irrigation for common areas, lawn mowing and landscape maintenance of common areas, etc.). These are collected by the Title Company, prorated between the buyer and the seller at the date of sale, and paid to the HOA.

The HOA Annual Assessment (Dues) are due in full on January 1st of each year and are subject to change annually. Delinquent accounts are subject to penalties, interest, fees, and collection expenses.

• Bylaws
• CC&Rs
• Insurance Declaration Page
• Resale Certificate/TREC Form- only valid for 30 days (charges for updated renewal).
• Refinance Statement of Account: $120
• Statement of Account only: $120- only valid for 30 days (charges for additional renewal).
