You must have a working pool card to access the pool.  If your card is not working there could be a valid reason for it not working.  Don’t ask anyone to open the gate for you.  Contact Spectrum Management if you have issues.  

DO NOT let anyone in the pool who does not have a working card.  Violation of this can cause you to lose privileges.

Please clean up and take all belongings with you after swimming each time. Also if you put up an umbrella put it down when you are leaving.

Children who are not potty trained are REQUIRED to wear swim diapers.  No exceptions.  Yes they cost more but accidents cost a lot more in extra cleaning fees and pool downtime.  

No alcohol or smoking in the pool area.  This is a family / community pool.  Any alcohol use or smoking will be cause for loss of pool privileges.  

No foul language or rough housing. 

Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent.

Pool use is for homeowners, residents and their families (including grandchildren).  

If you want to access the pool for lap swimming you need to contact Spectrum for authorization.

We as homeowners are all HOA members and are responsible for all rules! 

The pool is a great benefit we all have and keeping it clean and properly cared for (chairs, lounges, tables and umbrellas) helps keep our maintenance costs down.  

If you see anyone not doing the responsible thing reach out to Spectrum or a board member.  

It’s not telling on anyone, it’s being responsible and caring for our community and it’s assets.
